Government Authority located in Illinois; USA looking for expert vendor for Document Scanning, Indexing and Conversion Services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide back-file conversion of all documents, also include the pick-up of all original documents, preparation, scanning, indexing and returning all documents for government authority.
(2) Vendor should provide conversion of paper and microfilmed records to a digital format.
(3) Vendor needs to provide scanning and indexing of the around 61,000 folders, and these folders contains 3,913,548 sheets of standard paper, 790,608 sheets of green bar pages, 66,867 microfiche jackets and additional 85,366 microfiche jackets.
[C] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Onsite/Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in our/their office location.
