[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Television and Website Services for Government Authority.
(2) Pre proposal conference will be held on January 23, 2012.
(3) Contract period shall be for two (2) years and it may extend for three (3) additional one year periods.
(4) Vendor should have skills such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, HTML, XHTML coding, Video encoding formats, Video switcher systems, PC workstation and network troubleshooting, Video production lighting and Audio production equipment and techniques, CastNet web-based digital bulletin board broadcast software or equivalent, Wordpress CMS development, YouTube posting and site management, DVD authoring, RSS feeders, Microsoft Office, Other social media etc
[C] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
